Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative director of the Defendant Incorporated Corporation established for the purpose of production processing and distribution business of agricultural products, real estate sales business, etc.

No one shall obtain a qualification certificate for acquisition of farmland for the purpose of owning farmland by fraudulent or other illegal means without owning farmland, unless he/she uses or uses farmland for his/her own agricultural management, in violation of such restriction.

1. On January 9, 2017, Defendant A submitted to the competent authority a written application for acquisition of farmland and an agricultural management plan indicating the following: (a) in order to obtain the acquisition certificate for acquisition of farmland for the purpose of acquiring the said farmland, “agricultural management”; (b) 2,134 square meters of farmland and F farmland 2,134 square meters of farmland in the name of Siung-si Co., Ltd. for the purpose of selling the said farmland to another person; and (c) in order to obtain the acquisition certificate for acquisition of farmland necessary for purchasing the said farmland, Defendant A submitted to the competent authority an application for acquisition of farmland and an agricultural management plan indicating the said acquisition certificate for acquisition of farmland as “agricultural management”; (c) 2017 of farming commencement time; (d) “self-reliance” and “self-labor capacity”; and (e) around January 10, 2017, each of the said farmland was
