A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months with prison labor by obstructing the performance of official duties at the Incheon District Court, and was confined in the workplace B of the Child Training Institution on the Maternal Epic drawings, and the victim C (53 tax) was admitted to the same accommodation room on March 16, 2018.

1. Around 02:00 on March 17, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act, such as: (a) the victim’s bucks, bucks, mucks, and mucks; (b) the victim’s bucks, mucks, and mucks, and attempted to commit self-defense to the victim’s body.

2. On March 18, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) used bucks, mucks, mucks, and mucks in his/her hands; and (b) continued to collect his/her hand by bucking the parts of the victim’s body even though the victim avoided his/her body, and committed an indecent act by inserting the parts of the victim’s body.

3. Around 02:00 on March 19, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by rhumbucks, mucks, mucks, and mucks of the victim who was divingd by the victim in the above confinement room.

4. Around 02:00 on March 20, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by rhumbucks, mucks, mucks, and mucks of the victim who was divingd by the victim in the above confinement room.
