A. 1) The Korea Housing Association Promotion Committee (tentative name) and the Korea Regional Housing Association Promotion Committee (tentatively changed to the Korea Housing Association; hereinafter referred to as the “instant association”) (tentative name; hereinafter referred to as the “F”) and the Korea Housing Association F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “F”) which is the agent company of the instant association between the Defendant and the Defendant in 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant agency contract”) for the management of the application amount of the instant project, contributions to the members, and business promotion expenses (hereinafter referred to as the “instant agency contract”).

(1) The term "members of the cooperative" refers to the members of the cooperative of this case who meet the standards of the members of the cooperative of this case under the Housing Act or other relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, and who have concluded a membership agreement of the cooperative of this case and paid the contributions of the members of the cooperative of this case and the business expenses of the members of the cooperative of this case.
