The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (700,000 won) is too unreasonable.

2. Perjury is an offense that interferes with the proper judicial functions of the State and damages the people’s trust in judicial and judicial proceedings, and requires strict punishment.

However, the court below's punishment seems to be within the reasonable scope of discretion in sentencing when considering some of the grounds for sentencing and comprehensively considering other factors indicated in the records of this case.

Defendant’s assertion is not accepted.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
