A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) conspiredd with a person who has not obtained the name (hereinafter “the head of the B Office”) who is a document counterfeited business operator; (b) forged a pharmacist’s license; and (c) used it to have his/her pharmacy employed as an emergency pharmacist.
On July 23, 2018, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s resident registration certificate to the above person under his/her name and provided his/her photograph, name, date of birth, etc., and put the Defendant’s photograph into the license form of a pharmacist’s license in which the official of the Minister of Health and Welfare is entered by using a computer at a place where it is unknown, and stated “C”, “A”, “A”, “D”, “date of birth”, and “B” in the publication column, “B” and “B3, 2012” in the publication column, and then printed out using a printer. (b) On August 23, 2018, the Defendant issued a license again to the above person under his/her name to the above pharmaceutical license number issued in the year 2012, and the above person under his/her name was inserted into the Defendant’s photograph form in which the official of the Minister of Health and Welfare was entered by using a computer at a place where it is unknown, and then printed out the Defendant’s photograph form in the column 2.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged two copies of a pharmacist's license in the name of the Minister of Health and Welfare, which is an official document, for the purpose of exercising in collusion with the above person
2. At around 109:00 on August 1, 2018, the Defendant was employed by the “H pharmacy” operated by G in Busan, Daegu, Busan, as an emergency pharmacist at the H pharmacy, and was unaware of the forgery, the Defendant was entitled to KRW 1-A to the said G.
As stated in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, including the submission of a copy of a pharmacist's license ("C") forged as stated in the paragraph, the time from that time to October 18, 2018.
