A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated a housing site mountain intersection located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, a site park intersection, and a new EF strawet that was not covered by mandatory insurance.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving a B rocketing car.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant driven the above rocketing car on February 2, 2015, and came to run the site mountain park located in the Gansi-si Suwon-si, which is located in the area of death of the land.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to secure the safety distance with the front vehicle, to care well for the front line, and to operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices accurately.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded without securing a sufficient distance from the front vehicle, which led to the negligence of the Defendant’s failure to keep the front vehicle, and the following part of the C-learning car, followed by the C-learning car, was shocked into the front part of the rocketing car.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) caused the injury to the victim D (the 19-year-old driver), who is a driver of the frighting passenger car by occupational negligence, such as salt, tensions, etc.; and (b) caused the injury to the victim E (the 19-year-old victim) of the frighting passenger car, such as salt, tensions, etc. in detail as to which the number of treatment days cannot be known; and (c) caused the damage of the frighting passenger car to the 2,802,280 won in repairing expenses; and (d) did not immediately stop the car to rescue the victims, etc.,
