Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a member of smartphone 'B', and the corporation B is an unmanned system vehicle leasing company.
Defendant: (a) abused that there was a credit card (one-time card) that can use the said B vehicle for the rental car oil in the car; and (b) used the said vehicle for the main oil of the said vehicle with the oil card after sirening the B vehicle; and (c) used it for the main oil of the said vehicle with the oil card.
1. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant, at around 17:10 on May 1, 2016, 201, had the victim F, who was in the name of the victim F, in the case of G gas station operated by the victim F, in the case of the following day, had the victim use the credit card in the name of the Co., Ltd. at the victim F, Ltd., at around 17:21 on the same day, inasmuch as the Defendant used a 30,000 gasoline to influor vehicle in the name of the Defendant and paid the amount of 11:30,000 won to the Plaintiff, and then had the victim pay the same.
2. On May 5, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on May 5, 2016, connected 43:5-7, 43-7, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, to a smartphone, carried a H TTball vehicle from the south side office of the Gu-U.S.A., and used the oil card kept inside the said vehicle, thereby obtaining the victim’s right to use B’s credit card in the name of the victim J in the Gu-U.S., U.S., 22:06 on the same day by using the oil card kept inside the said vehicle. Accordingly, the Defendant was most likely to have the victim’s right to use B’s credit card in the name of the victim J. Y operated by Gu-U.S., Si-si around 22:06, and made the victim to injecting the gasoline of KRW 46,625,00 on the Defendant’s C-owned vehicle.
3. On May 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) connected the instant vehicle with a smartphone from the 246 ambrop ray set from the Gu, Si, Gu, and Si, on May 19:10, 201, to the instant vehicle; (b) opened the instant vehicle with a smartphone from the ambrop ray set from the ambrop ray to the smartphone; and (c) opened the instant vehicle.
