1. Defendant B shall pay 30,000,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 24, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment

A. (1) The Plaintiff borrowed KRW 13 million to Defendant B on January 7, 2010 and KRW 3 million on December 22, 2012, and additionally lent KRW 4 million on July 27, 2012, and received a certificate of loan from Defendant B to repay KRW 17 million until December 30, 2012.

(2) The Plaintiff thereafter lent to the Defendants an amount equivalent to KRW 13 million.

B. (1) Determination (1) It is insufficient to view that the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff by Defendant C alone was insufficient to deem that Defendant C borrowed the above money, and it is also insufficient to view that Defendant C is liable for repayment due to the guarantee of the above loan obligation.

2. The claim against the defendant B is well-grounded, and the claim against the defendant C is without merit.
