On June 24, 2017, at around 07:00, the Defendant driven a bicycle with approximately 0.263% alcohol content in the section of approximately 3.5km from the subway line 13, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the 23-lane 2nd roads.
