1. The defendant shall receive, on August 10, 1976, the Daegu District Court concerning the land size of 26,182 square meters of C forest land in Dongdaemun-si, the plaintiff on August 10, 197.

1. Indication of claim;

A. As to the land set forth in the Disposition No. 1 of August 10, 1976, the Plaintiff entered into a superficies contract with the Defendant by setting the duration of the superficies up to October 30, 1978, and completed the registration of creation of superficies to the Defendant.

B. The Defendant achieved all the purpose of creation of superficies within the duration stipulated in the above superficies contract.

C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff seeks cancellation of the above registration of creation of superficies to the Defendant.
