Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources illegally captured and collected or products thereof.

Nevertheless, on April 24, 2013, the Defendant sold 22,748 mams in total on 37 occasions from April 24, 2013 to May 4, 2017, 200, 282,0000, which was illegally captured at sea near the residential area, to D residing in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, for 1,064,000 won.
