Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) was committed on July 18, 2014 by the Defendant and returned to Korea any Fpoter vehicle owned by the Defendant by the victim E (the age of 46) before the D cafeteria located in Busan C, Busan, on behalf of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a driver of a vehicle in operation.

3. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, while under the influence of alcohol at the G District District located in Busan Yagu, Busan Ya-gu, stated in paragraph (2), expressed in the public office a very rough speech and behavior in a riotous manner by, for about one hour, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol, such as: (b) was in a breathe flasium; (c) was in a flasium; (d) was in a flasium; and (e) was in a flasium; and (e) was in a flasium with a large voice
