Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on December 24, 2010, and on January 8, 2013, the above court was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and is engaged in driving of a vehicle between C.
