Punishment of the crime

When the accused, while serving as C insurance solicitors, intends to engage in a credit business on condition of purchasing insurance policies for many and unspecified persons who need money, and intends to engage in a credit business of providing money and mediating receipt and payment of money, he/she shall file for registration.
