Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On April 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeju District Court, and was released on November 29, 2013 in Jeju Prison on parole on the execution of the sentence, and was exempted from the execution of the remaining punishment on January 29, 2014.

On December 8, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million from the Jeju District Court to a fine of KRW 1,00,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 5 million from the same court on April 10, 2017 to a fine of KRW 1,00,000 due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On February 25, 2016, the Defendant concluded a “E” performance contract with the employees of the victim company D in charge of the victim company and children’s musical group at the Jeju Broadcasting Office, Inc., Ltd., which was located in Jeju-ro 95 at around 25, 2016, and agreed to execute all the expenses related to the performance under mutual agreement.

On February 26, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 55 million from the victim company to the Jeju bank account designated by the Defendant for the victim company under the name of “the payment of performance planning down payment” from the victim company as a performance planning down payment, and used money for personal purposes, such as lending money, payment of transaction, living expenses, etc. in Jeju-do, etc. around that time.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
