On 15:30 on 07. 06. 07. 15:15:30, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km section from the front of the Seoul National University Hospital located in the Dong-gu, Gwangju to the front of the 125 “Seoul National University Technician” road, without a vehicle driver’s license, to the front of the “Seoul National University Hospital.”
