A Imprisonment for ten months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 5, 2014, around 20:10, Defendant A: (a) reported that the criminal police station and the slope E affiliated with the Guri-gu criminal police station are driving and passing through a vehicle for Fone Star criminal liability, and (b) destroyed the above vehicle to be KRW 401,201, by putting the front-class criminal gun at a breath of the Guri-si, without any justifiable reason, under the influence of alcohol.
The Defendant damaged a criminal mobile vehicle, which is an object used by public offices, as such.
2.
