If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13:28, 2013, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.213% of blood alcohol level, the Defendant driven the B-wing truck at the section B of approximately 2.8 km from the front parking lot in front of the building “Korea-dong 892-72, Dong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.”
