[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a mutual entertainment bar called “D” in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and Defendant B is a person who assists in the operation of the above main shop while living together with Defendant A.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Food Sanitation Act shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or request other persons to provide such services at a place where he/she conducts food entertainment business (excluding entertainment shop business) for profit;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 00:00 on June 2, 2017, sought a main point for profit-making by male customers, such as E, who found the main points in the above entertainment bar, and assisted women to engage in entertainment by drinking F, G, H, I, etc. with the so-called gambling and singing together with E, etc.

B. Around 00:10 on June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported that the Defendant employed the entertainment receptionist as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) above, and was called up, the Defendant obstructed the front of K in order to prevent any defect that the Defendant attempted to drive away from the Domins, such as G, which caused damage to the police box belonging to the Seoul Mine-gu Police Station Police Station that was called out after receiving a report from the Defendant to the effect that he hired the entertainment receptionist; and (b) obstructed the Defendant by driving away the Domins, such as G, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in criminal investigations.

2. Defendant B, at around 00:10 on June 2, 2017, the Defendant reported to the effect that Defendant A employed a entertainment entertainment worker as described in Defendant B’s 1-A, and attempted to enter five rooms of the Defendant’s “We need to check the personal information of the so-called Domins, including G, in the above 5th room of the Seoul Maddong Police Station Police Station,” and “We need not enter the Defendant,” and “We need not enter the Defendant’s house,” and “I am sound, in the body of this farb, and you am k’s hand.”
