A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The Defendant, through B search on February 2018, classified BMF into physical Grade III or higher for enlistment in active duty service. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) informed of the fact that BMF is determined as a social work personnel at physical Grade IV below 17; and (b) informed of the fact that he was determined as a social work personnel at physical Grade IV below 17; (c) performed self-making in front of the D University located in Jinju-si from February 5, 2018 to July 5, 2018; and (d) took care of meat and coal freight once a day (the life is dives, dives, and dives) and took care of them on a daily basis; and (d) took care of them on a daily basis; and (e) took care of them from Grade 1 to Grade 4, 1, 2018 to Grade 5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 2017; and (e) took care of them on July 5, 18.
