Punishment of the crime

Around 14:40 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, operated a small-sized c-sized trucking vehicle owned by B without a driver’s license, started from the 'Negjin-gun’ parking lot located in the Gangwon-do Indones Incheon-gun, and started up to 10 meters on the national highway up to 31 in its vicinity, and entered the national highway into the national highway. In such cases, the Defendant, despite the duty of care to confirm whether the toll road was in progress before entering the national highway and to safely enter the national highway, the Defendant, while neglecting the duty of care to check whether there was a vehicle prior to entering the national highway and to safely enter the national highway, caused the victim F.47 years old, G(29 years old, 29 years old, 3 years old, 3 years old, and high-level treatment of the said national highway by driving the said national highway on the right side of the Defendant and the Defendant’s operation in the same direction (hereinafter referred to as the “victim”).
