1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 45,853,015 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 500,000 to Plaintiff B; and (c) KRW 300,000 to Plaintiff C; and (d) respectively, to the Plaintiff A.

A. The facts of recognition 1) Plaintiff A, around 06:45 on December 12, 2014, is a D Driving Vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant Vehicle”) driving the said branch while a crosswalk unsignaled in the direction of the Hyundai Salambling Technology Education Center in the Hyundai Mambling Bank located near Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do.

B. According to the occurrence of liability for damages and the above recognition, the defendant is liable for the damages suffered by the plaintiffs due to the accident of this case.

다만, 갑 제2, 3호증의 각 기재에 의하면, 이 사건 사고가 횡단보도를 횡단하던 중 발생한 사고로 보이기는 하나, 원고도 횡단보도를 건너기 전 주위를 살펴보고 안전한 상태에서 길을 건넜어야 함에도 이러한 주의의무를 다하지 않은 과실을 인정하여(원고들 스스로 10%의 과실을 인정하고 있다) 피고의 책임을 90%로 제한한다.

2. Except as otherwise provided under the scope of the amount of damages, it shall be the same as each corresponding item of the attached Table of Calculation of damages, and the period for the convenience of calculation shall, in principle, be calculated on a monthly basis, but less than the last month and less than KRW 1 shall be discarded.

The current value at the time of the accident of the amount of damages shall be calculated by deducting the interim interest at the rate of 5/12 percent per month.

B. Vocational income and operating period: 3.1 million won per month until June 30, 2015.
