A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at the Busan District Court on July 11, 2014, and the above judgment was finalized on July 11, 2014.

The defendant has requested the victim E who purchased the above apartment under the name of the parent-friendly apartment after being put into an auction, to reduce the amount of KRW 35 million from the pre-determined deposit in the process of entering into the pre-sale contract with the victim E who purchased the above apartment under the name of the denial D, and the parent-child in the above apartment.

1. On July 2, 2013, at around 22:23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s “H” coffee store operated by the victim G in Busan Jung-gu, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s coffee business by citing the fluor in his/her hand; and (b) stating that “the fluor’s president is cut off, fluor and fluored, cut off, cut off, fluor, and fluort,” and by threatening the disturbance, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s coffee store business by force.
