1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff B is a party. The plaintiff B was changed to A on June 1, 2009; hereinafter "the plaintiff company") for the purpose of export/import wholesale and retail business of main supplies on June 24, 1987.

(2) On September 27, 1993, the Defendant formed the so-called “K Group” by acquiring the I and J around early 2009 for the purpose of exporting and importing air conditioning goods, etc. for the purpose of freezing and freezing, 2007, F, and H for the purpose of exporting and importing air conditioning goods, G and real estate development, etc. Around 2008.

B. On November 15, 1994, the Defendant: (a) purchased bank supplies from the Plaintiff Company after completing business registration with the trade name of Jung-gu Busan Metropolitan City M as the place of business; (b) on November 15, 1994, the Defendant purchased bank supplies from the Plaintiff Company; and (c) on July 20, 1996, the Plaintiff Company’s Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City M acquired the ownership of the above land on the ground of sale on July 20, 1996; (d) removed the above land’s building on the ground of removal on November 20, 201 and newly constructed three buildings on the Cho Seo-gu B shelf; and (e) completed the registration of ownership preservation with the P as well as the shares jointly owned by 1/2 together with the P as to the above building.

(C) The registration certificate and sales contract of the instant real estate are kept by the Plaintiff B. (1) The Plaintiff B was indicted for the following facts charged on August 19, 2015, as follows: (a) on November 21, 2007, on the ground that the instant real estate was traded on October 1, 2007; and (b) on the same day in the name of the Defendant and the Defendant’s wife on the same day; and (c) on the same day, on the registration certificate and sales contract of the instant real estate.
