The criminal facts (defendant A) are corporations established on January 31, 1980 for the purpose of the management business of multi-family housing with the head office located on the 282-ro, A Dong 21 (Songyang-dong, Geum River-gu pentol IT) in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, and entered into a contract for the management of multi-family housing with the representative council of apartment occupants and the above entrusted management of multi-family housing, and the "B multi-family housing" is entrusted management.

The defendant is a person who is responsible for the safety and health of his/her employees as the "Director of Management Affairs of Multi-Family Housing B" located in Gyeonggi-do, and is an act for our management corporation, which is the business owner.

On October 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Industrial Safety and Health Act as follows.

1. In order to prevent any danger to electric shock by any employee who has contacted with or approach to the charging part of electric machinery, tools, or electric paths, etc. due to work, passage, etc., the business owner shall install a protection net or an smoke-saving unit with sufficient effect on the charging part;

Nevertheless, the boiler controler board was used by its employees without taking a smoke-saving measure on electricity charging parts, such as electric voltages inside the boiler controler board and electric currents.

2. In order to prevent the danger of electric shock caused by electric leakage, a business owner shall contact with the exposed base metal body among electric machinery and appliances connected to codes and plugs and using them;

Nevertheless, it did not take a measure to stove the boiler room and allowed its employees to use it.

3. The business owner shall attach a protective net to prevent the danger caused by the reduction of power or the damage of electric power equipment caused by contact with the distribution line of the temporary installation or by operation, electric lights, etc. connected to the mobile cable;

Nevertheless, it did not attach a protective device to white heat, etc. installed for a searchlight, and made the employees under his/her control use it.
