1. The Defendant’s disposition rejecting an application for building permit filed with the Plaintiff on November 28, 2017 is revoked.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff’s first application for a building permit was established around April 2007, and is a livestock farming association that ordinarily operates a large-scale livestock shed that raises 22,500 cattle regularly. 2) The Plaintiff’s former farm is located outside C and 13 parcels in Boli-si, and the Plaintiff purchased each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant application sheet”) located around December 2016, 2016 for the construction of a new livestock farm.
