1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30 million and the period from September 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including paper numbers), the plaintiff may recognize the fact that on August 31, 2015, under the joint and several guarantee of defendant B, the plaintiff set the amount of KRW 30 million to the defendant C as 25% per annum on November 30, 2015 and lent it.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30 million and interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from September 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
