Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. The H’s website operating system of the H’s site, which is an illegal sports soil site, consists of weekly teams, night teams, broadcasting teams, and domestic books in Korea, employees recruitment books, and share of specific systems and roles as follows.

I had the president of Korea, the J as the president of China, and the principal office of the H’s site organization in a factory area in China’s Cheongdo by installing computers and telephone equipment at all times to place the employees of the office at night shifts, and had broadcasting teams at an irregular place to promote the recruitment of site members through Internet “K” broadcasting, etc.

The employees in China are in charge of Gyeonggi-do sports registration, mash, shock, money exchange, bulletin board answers, and oil storage management, and I, L were in charge of monthly transfer of staff members, handling of aviation and visa-related treatment, cash withdrawal, cash withdrawal, procurement of largephones and compacts, and interview of new staff members.

B. From July 31, 2013 to October 4, 2014, Defendant A, from June 13, 2013 to July 9, 2014, Defendant C, from June 18, 2013 to May 29, 2014; Defendant D, from February 25, 2014 to October 4, 2014, Defendant E, from around December 31, 2013 to around October 4, 2014; and Defendant B, from around December 31, 2013 to around March 14, 2014 to the members of Hdo.
