A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving duties of K5 cars.

1. Around 06:40 on July 1, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.202% of alcohol concentration from the section of about 90km from the 190km to the 76.8km point of Busan located in Gyeongcheon Samsung-gu, Changwon-si, 307 Dong 1901.
