Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate a general restaurant shall report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, during the period from September 2, 2015 to April 23, 2017, the Defendant did not report to the competent authorities, and had three funerals, three kitchens, and a cooking organization in front of the Busan Northern-gu, and operated a general restaurant with profits worth an average of KRW 50,000 per day by cooking and selling chills, chickenss, and pigs and pigs to many and unspecified persons.
