1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 104,000,000 and KRW 100,000 among them, from July 10, 2008 to October 209.

Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants for a loan claim against the Jung-gu District Court 2009Kahap10805, the Plaintiff decided to recommend the Plaintiff to jointly and severally, that “The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff 104,000,000 won out of the above amount and KRW 100,000,000 per annum from July 10, 2008 to October 7, 2009, and KRW 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.” The settlement recommendation became final and conclusive on August 24, 2010.

It extends the extinctive prescription of the above decision and seeks payment of the above money.
