On May 26, 2015, at around 06:20 on May 26, 2015, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.070% from the 10km section from the Do in the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the Do Tolute-dong located in the Hannam City of the Gyeonggi-gu.
