A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From July 31, 2012, around 12:40 on July 31, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, the Defendant: (a) sought the answer that he would bring the Defendant’s body back to the designated ward; (b) sought the answer that he would bring the Defendant’s body back to himself; and (c) sought the answer that he would bring the Defendant’s body back to the front corridor of the Sinan-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-gun-si, and (d) sought the answer that he would bring the Defendant’s body back to the designated ward; and (d) sought the answer that he would bring the Defendant’s body back to himself; and (d) sought the statement that “I would go back at any time, she would grow up to her face” from C, and “I will go back to the face.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of prison officers on prisoners management.

2. From August 2, 2012, around 11:05, the Defendant continued to have been prevented by a correctional officer due to the obstruction of the performance of official duties and the incident of the obstruction of the performance of official duties under paragraph (1), and continued to have the correctional officer threatened “to release from this dog” by a correctional officer, the Defendant opened the door of the above room to “I would like to get counseling of the head of the confinement treatment team,” and opened the door to “I would like to go out of the prison room, I would like to go back to the victim’s face, and you would go back to the victim’s body by drinking, and assaulting the victim to drinking trees under the back of the victim’s back, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant interferes with the legitimate execution of duties of prison officers on the management of prisoners at the same time.
