Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015 High 1041] The Defendant: (a) had no intent or ability to sell fishing supplies, even if he/she received the goods from another person, at a residential area with no knowledge of a place not exceeding the Gangnam-si, on December 7, 2007; (b) had access to the website via the Internet; and (c) had access to the bulletin board “B-16KB” for 46 months.
