A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 23, 2014, at around 16:48, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was placed on the back of the head of the injured party C (the age of 47) without any particular reason, and was placed on the back of the treatment days.
