A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who rents land B in Guri-si and operates a chemical board.

No one shall construct a building, change the use of a building, install a structure, change the form and quality of land, fell bamboo and trees, divide land, store articles, or implement an urban or Gun planning project without obtaining permission from the competent authority or in violation of any terms and conditions of permission.
