A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special intimidation: (a) around 06:0 on January 23, 2018, the Defendant: (b) laid away a dangerous object, which was located in the said business establishment, on the ground that the service was not in mind, and (c) threatened the victim D (n, 46 years of age) who is an employee, with the appearance of “copic death and discarded”, and (d) expressed the attitude that the victim could have been faced with the victim by gathering a fire extinguisher at home, which is a dangerous object.
