A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 14, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence on June 15, 2013.

1. On May 21, 2016, the Defendant attempted to proceed to the victim D at the "F" male slewor or the surface of the water located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 21, 2016, stating that "N has met the victim's chest due to drinking," and that "N has met the victim's chest two times," and the victim took the victim's chest back to smoking room at the same time, and the victim did not have any way to go back. In this regard, the defendant brupted the victim, but did not commit an attempted crime.

2. At around 16:50 on June 5, 2016, the Defendant attempted to proceed to the victim G, at the place described in the preceding port, and at the face of the victim G (manam, 53 years old) who was coming behind the Defendant’s side, sealed the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s face, and tried to take the victim’s head head debt with his/her own hand, knife the victim’s head debt with his/her own hand, and then see the victim’s head debt with his/her face.
