Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on March 4, 2017, offered money to D (L, 14 years of age) to a child or juvenile who became aware of through “C”, a smartphone-holding guide, around March 4, 2017.

On the same day, at G stores located in F, with D and friendly B (n, 13 years of age) driving by the Defendant, the said children and juveniles were placed on the back seat of a vehicle in front of the underground commercial building located in Changwon-si Masan, Changwon-si, and the said children and juveniles were parked on the back seat of the said vehicle, parked on the back seat of the said vehicle, parked on the personal dial road near the I company located in Changwon-gu H, Changwon-si, and then paid KRW 30,000 in cash to D.
