Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2011, the Defendant was punished by a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 23, 201, and on February 28, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of four million won for the same crime at the Busan District Court Branch Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on February 28, 201, and was engaged in drinking driving twice or more.

On June 24, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.106% from around 300 meters away from the roads in front of the Seocheon-gu Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu to the roads in front of the same Sincheon-dong 552.
