Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.
However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date the judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are Vietnamese foreigners who entered Jeju-do with a certificate of no death (B-2-2) on February 25, 2018.
1. Defendant A
(a) If a foreigner who enters an airport or harbor for the purpose of tourism, interpretation, etc. intends to stay in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for violating the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Development of Free International City intends to move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea,
Nevertheless, on January 25, 2018, the Defendant promised to pay USD 3,000 to the Republic of Korea at the expense of its know-how, Brer, B (B), and B (B) to be employed in the Republic of Korea as “E” and the Defendant, as the Defendant, through Jeju-do Airport around 12:30 on February 27, 2018, entered Jeju-do through Jeju-do, and then, entered Jeju-do through Jeju-do Airport on February 27, 2018, the Defendant agreed to obtain the name of “G”, “H”, “I”, “I”, and “I” from “I” to the region of Jeju-do and then deliver the aircraft to the region of Jeju-do using the passport: (a) on February 24, 2018, and (b) on February 27, 2018.
On February 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) issued an aircraft tag of 18:25 on the same day using the above J passport on the 16:15th day on February 28, 2018 at the Jeju International Airport 2, Jeju International Airport 2, Jeju International Airport; (b) proposed to present the above table and J passport to an employee of the airport search unit at the location of a foreigner search unit from the third-story domestic line of the above airport at around 16:15 on the same day; (c) however, the Defendant attempted to pass through the airport search unit by presenting the above table and J passport to an employee at the airport search unit; (d) however, the Defendant attempted to go through the wind arrest by the employee’s report on the airport search unit where the passport and the real goods are different.
Accordingly, the Defendant did not obtain permission for extension of sojourn area in collusion with Brazil as above.
