Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on February 14, 2014, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul East District Court on September 28, 2016. On June 21, 2018, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced the Defendant to two years and six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on May 22, 2020.

On July 29, 2020, around 01:40, the Defendant discovered D low-priced car parked at the front parking lot of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with the victim C parked, opened a door-to-faceless driver’s seat, and colored the article to be stolen, but did not commit an attempted crime because there was no object to be stolen.

B. On July 29, 2020, at around 01:55, the Defendant discovered Gpoar car parked at the Gpoar parking lot located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with the victim F, and opened a door to the unlocked driver’s seat and cut off the unclaimed amount as the victim owned by the vehicle.

On August 2, 2020 between 02:00 to 11:00, the Defendant discovered an IBT car parked by the victim H on the road located in 115-9, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and opened an unlocked driver's seat, and then taken up approximately KRW 1,000 in the street owned by the victim and KRW 700,000 in the market price, and one LG mobile phone (V10) in the amount of KRW 70,000 in the city.
