Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 27, 2015, Defendant A violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) of the Defendants (hereinafter “Co-injury”) contacted Defendant A with the victim C (18 tax) and the shouldered in front of the Dong apartment in the Dong apartment in Kimhae-si on the front side of the Dong apartment in Kimhae-si on August 27, 2015, and asked Defendant B, who had a Siba-in-child, to the said place.
