On June 29, 2017, around 10:05, the Defendant driven a B car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 500 meters in front of the same Eup-ro 90-o, a new compliance support center located in the 122-1 Ministry of Justice, a Sin Chang-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
