Punishment of the crime

On July 2016, the Defendant interfered with traffic by preventing the passage of agricultural machinery or vehicles by using iron with approximately KRW 500 meters in length located in Daegu-gun, Daegu-based land, which is located in the middle Gyeong-gu, Daegu-based land, and approximately KRW 80cm in width on a concrete road with approximately 2 meters wide and approximately KRW 80cm in height, approximately 80cm in length, and approximately 5-6 meters in length, through installing fences on the above land.
