A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 High 465" is between the victim D (n, 20 years of age) and the right of private foundation for a period of two months.

1. The Defendant of assaulted on April 12, 2018: (a) around 03:40 on the road front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, would have the victim go to the house.

on April 12, 2018, the victim refused to send a door to her home, and confirmed that she was in the Gu Office of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, the victim's residence, and sent the victim a written message stating that "I would have to have anything that is urgently needed, so I would have to have it in the vehicle located in the parking lot," and that the victim was not in the place of his house.

“To send to the victim a photographed file of another place which was stamped before being suspected of being stamped.”

In other words, as if the defendant had been in another place, the victim was known, and until the victim went out, the victim took care of the victim's residence.

On April 12, 2018, the Defendant opened a door and sealed the victims coming from around 09:24, in order to have them live in the victim’s residence.
