Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Western District Court Branch Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court, and appealed, and is currently pending in the appellate trial at the Daegu District Court.

B is a person who exercises overall control over and operates the Korean branch of the “C” company whose head office is in the United Kingdom, and D and E are so-called “sphone” and are engaged in the business of investment lectures, membership ID management, civil petition management, etc. against investors who join C, and F is a so-called “educational director,” and the Defendant is a so-called “partnership,” and the Defendant is a person who performs the role of taking investment lectures with F in a place where investors gather and transfer money from investors to B, E, etc. with a certain amount of money.

The Defendant conspired with B, D, E, and F to share the above role and to obtain investments from investors, and made false statements to the effect that “C” offices located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Sinwon-si, “C is a company developing content and has a branch office in the whole world. However, since investment funds enter the world, if investments are made promptly, it can raise high profit of KRW 10 million without any loss due to investments from other investors of the lower part and profits from development of the content, and the principal may be recovered within one month.”

However, in fact, the business method of the above C is a method of paying at least 320,000 won of subscription fees, and members are admitted as members, and members are required to pay the investment funds paid by them to the upper 10 stages of subscription, if new members are admitted, by a multi-level method that recruits new members.
