Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2013, at around 00:35, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.104%, driven a B car at approximately 2 km on the front of the Dogdong located in the Dogdong of Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, to the advanced road located in the Dogdong of Gwangjubuk-gu.
