1. The Defendant’s KRW 133,402,375 as well as 6% per annum from April 1, 2015 to March 27, 2018 as to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. From around 2013 to March 31, 2015, the Plaintiff continued to supply the Defendant with remote areas, etc., and failed to receive the total amount of KRW 133,402,375 from the Defendant.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the said money to the Plaintiff and the damages for delay from April 1, 2015, which is the day following the last delivery date.
