A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B rocketing car;

On August 11, 2018, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car at a speed of about 50 km in the direction of the direction of the direction of the direction of the direction of the extension of the road in front C in Yangsan, by driving the said rocketing car at a speed of about 50 km.

At the same time, the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim H (h 71 years of age in need of treatment on the part of the victim C (n, 69 years of age) who was on board the said Lone Star car in need of treatment on the part of the market value at the same time.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of B rocketing and other automobiles.

No one shall be covered by mandatory insurance.
